The invention discloses a construction method for controlling cracks of a concrete wall body, which comprises the following six construction steps of: preparing materials, preparing concrete slurry, preparing a silica gel adhesive, mixing to form concrete coagulated slurry, prefabricating a wall body template and pouring, performing surface maintenance, and constructing a thermal insulation layer. The mixed aggregate, the cement, the water, the additive solution, the admixture mixed material and the synthesized silica gel adhesive are used as raw materials to prepare the concrete mortar for pouring a concrete wall, so that the constructed building wall has good structural water tightness and is prevented from being leaked by rainwater, and the probability of cracking of wall concrete is reduced to a certain extent; the wall formworks are prefabricated in blocks when the building wall is poured and are separated through the steel grooves, so that the influence of structure stretching on the wall is reduced, meanwhile, the steel grooves are configured to be semi-cylindrical, concrete in the steel grooves can be taken out and poured again when the wall cracks in the later period, the overall quality of the concrete building wall is guaranteed, and operation is convenient and fast.
