The invention provides a carbon graphite material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of carbon graphite materials. The carbon-graphite material is prepared by taking graphite powder, silicon carbide powder, silicon powder, pitch coke and carbon black as main materials, taking modified phenolic resin as an initiator and taking micro hollow carbon spheres as a pore-forming agent, and carrying out gradient roasting after the materials are mixed, immersed and dried. According to the material, a pore-forming agent is set to be a miniature hollow carbon sphere, air is arranged in the miniature hollow carbon sphere, and after the miniature hollow carbon sphere is heated at 1000 DEG C for three hours, internal carbon of the miniature hollow carbon sphere reacts with oxygen in internal gas, so that an inner hole in the miniature hollow carbon sphere is shaped, and a circular inner hole is formed in carbon graphite; the miniature hollow carbon spheres and the carbon graphite are made of the same material, so that the carbon graphite material cannot be changed due to introduction of impurities.
