Crushing, grinding and sieving to obtain modified coke powder; uniformly mixing 90-95 parts of a binder and 5-10 parts of a modifier, and adding the mixture into a high-pressure reaction kettle to prepare a modified binder; 60-80 parts of spherical carbon and 20-40 parts of an oxidizing agent are placed in a beaker to be stirred for 2-4 h, then suction filtration, washing and drying are conducted, and modified spherical carbon is prepared; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 60-70 parts of modified coke powder, 5-10 parts of modified spherical carbon and 1-5 parts of a dispersant into a mixing and kneading pot for mixing, then melting 25-35 parts of a modified binder, then adding the molten modified binder into the mixing and kneading pot for mixing and kneading, carrying out sheet rolling, crushing and grinding on the mixed and kneaded paste to obtain pressed powder, then carrying out isostatic pressing to obtain a block green body, and finally carrying out roasting and graphitization treatment to obtain the carbon-graphite material.
