The invention discloses a prefabricated wear-resistant continuous road marking and a construction method thereof. The road marking comprises a marking primer and a prefabricated marking tape reel attached to the marking primer. The prefabricated marking tape reel comprises a component A, isolation oil paper and reflective glass beads, the component A is drawn into a film to be pasted on the isolation oil paper, the reflective glass beads are spread on the surface of the component A and pressed into the component A, a prefabricated marking tape with the reflective glass beads is formed, and the prefabricated marking tape is rolled into the prefabricated marking tape reel; the marking primer material is a component B; the component A and the component B can be subjected to thermal polymerization reaction. In the construction process, the component B is sprayed firstly, then the isolation oil paper is uncovered, the component A is attached to the isolation oil paper, heating is carried out, a thermal polymerization reaction is carried out, a formed marking belt is generated, the operation is repeated on the surface of the formed marking belt, and finally the composite marking belt of a multi-layer composite structure is formed. The composite material has the advantages of obvious construction workability, higher durability, better drawing resistance and better physical and mechanical properties.
