The invention discloses a steel bridge deck pavement construction process. The steel bridge deck pavement construction process comprises the following steps that S1, a working face of a steel bridge deck slab is cleaned; s2, the working face of the steel bridge deck is subjected to sand blasting derusting treatment; s3, within 3 hours after sand blasting derusting inspection is qualified, the working face of the steel bridge deck is coated with a methacrylic resin base coating in a rolling mode; s4, after the methacrylic resin prime coat is cured, two methacrylic resin waterproof layers are continuously sprayed; s5, after the methacrylic resin waterproof layer is thoroughly cured, a methacrylic resin adhesive is immediately constructed; s6, the pouring type mixture is flatly laid on the working face of the steel bridge deck slab; s7, spraying modified emulsified asphalt tack coat oil on the surface of the pouring type mixture; and S8, paving the high-elastic modified asphalt mixture, and rolling the high-elastic modified asphalt mixture to be flat. By adopting a reasonable construction process, stable pavement of the steel bridge deck is realized, the phenomenon of fracture or deformation of the paved bridge deck is avoided. Meanwhile, the service life of the steel bridge deck is prolonged.
