Method for connecting upper-layer column and lower-layer column after deviation of top reinforcing steel bars of prefabricated column
A method for connecting an upper layer column and a lower layer column after deviation of steel bars at the top of a prefabricated column is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, a steel bar cut-off to-be-treated layer prefabricated column is arranged to be a uniform-section cast-in-place column conversion layer, and the upper portion of the conversion layer and the upper layer prefabricated column are connected through an assembly type grouting sleeve; b, arranging embedded steel bars on the side surfaces of the cut-off steel bar heads, and performing equal-quantity embedded steel bars in core areas of the side surfaces of the cut-off steel bar heads; and c, connecting the self-locking steel bar to a joint, and chiseling concrete on the top surface of the column. The method for connecting the upper-layer column and the lower-layer column after deviation of the steel bars at the top of the prefabricated column has the advantages that technical measures are taken only on a cut-off layer in construction operation, three technical methods including self-locking steel bar connectors, steel bar planting and cast-in-place conversion layer columns are simple, convenient and feasible, the construction difficulty is small, a comprehensive reinforcing technology is adopted, the structure is safe and reliable in quality, the engineering amount is small, the cost is low, and the construction efficiency is high. The self-locking joint has the advantages of low price of embedded steel bars, short construction period, no influence on pipeline arrangement, no influence on decoration, no influence on the usable area of the house and no claim risk.
一种预制柱顶部钢筋偏位后上下层柱连接方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、将钢筋割断待处理层预制柱设置为等截面现浇柱转换层,转换层上部与上层预制柱恢复采用装配式灌浆套筒连接;b、割断钢筋头侧面设置植筋,在割断钢筋头侧面的核心区进行等数量植筋;c、自锁式钢筋连接接头,凿除柱子顶面混凝土。本发明的预制柱顶部钢筋偏位后上下层柱连接方法具有施工作业仅仅在割断层采取技术措施,自锁式钢筋接头、植筋、现浇转换层柱等三项技术方法简便易行,施工难度小,采取综合加固技术、结构安全质量可靠,工程量小,成本低,自锁式接头、植筋价格很低,工期短,不影响管线布置、不影响装饰装修,房屋使用面积不受影响和无索赔风险的优点。
