Graphene composite heat-conducting film and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of a graphene composite heat-conducting film, which comprises the following steps: punching a graphene heat-conducting film by using laser to prepare a porous graphene heat-conducting film with a plurality of through holes; taking the porous graphene heat-conducting film as a filter film, and carrying out reduced-pressure filtration on a carbon fiber dispersion liquid until the carbon fiber dispersion liquid cannot be filtered, so as to prepare a graphene carbon fiber wet film; and carrying out vacuum drying on the graphene carbon fiber wet film to prepare the graphene composite heat-conducting film. According to the preparation method, the graphene heat-conducting film and the carbon fibers are used as raw materials, the carbon fibers are arranged in the vertical direction in an oriented mode, and the heat conductivity of the graphene composite heat-conducting film in the vertical direction can be remarkably improved; the graphitized structures in the carbon fibers are distributed in a radial shape from the center to the periphery, heat conduction in multiple directions in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction can be achieved, the heat conduction bridging effect is achieved in the graphene composite heat conduction film, and the prepared graphene composite heat conduction film has high heat conductivity in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.
本发明涉及一种石墨烯复合导热膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:用激光对石墨烯导热膜进行打孔处理,制备具有多个通孔的多孔石墨烯导热膜;将所述多孔石墨烯导热膜作为滤膜,对碳纤维分散液进行减压过滤,直至所述碳纤维分散液无法滤过为止,制备石墨烯碳纤维湿膜;将所述石墨烯碳纤维湿膜进行真空干燥,制备石墨烯复合导热膜。该制备方法以石墨烯导热膜和碳纤维为原料,碳纤维沿垂直方向取向化排布,能够显著提高石墨烯复合导热膜在垂直方向上的热导率;碳纤维内部的石墨化结构呈中心向四周的辐射状分布,能够在水平和垂直多方向导热,在石墨烯复合导热膜内起到导热桥接的作用,制备得到的石墨烯复合导热膜在水平和垂直方向上都具有较高的热导率。
