Preparation method of graphene/soluble polyimide composite heat-conducting film
The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene/soluble polyimide composite heat-conducting film, which comprises the following steps: dispersing a graphene oxide filter cake and soluble polyimide in a solvent through high-speed shearing to obtain high-viscosity uniform composite slurry; performing high-pressure homogenization treatment on the high-viscosity uniform composite slurry for multiple times to obtain low-viscosity uniform composite slurry; performing vacuum defoaming treatment on the low-viscosity uniform composite slurry to obtain defoamed composite slurry; coating a base material with the defoamed composite slurry in a blade coating manner to obtain a wet film; drying the wet film, stripping and rolling to obtain a composite film; carrying out high-temperature annealing thermal reduction on the composite film in an argon atmosphere to obtain a composite foam film; and carrying out hot-pressing treatment on the composite foam film to obtain the composite heat-conducting film. Through introduction of soluble polyimide and a subsequent high-temperature annealing thermal reduction process, the in-plane thermal conductivity and the out-plane thermal conductivity of the composite heat-conducting film are remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种石墨烯/可溶性聚酰亚胺复合导热膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将氧化石墨烯滤饼和可溶性聚酰亚胺经过高速剪切分散在溶剂中,得到高粘度的均匀复合浆料;对高粘度的均匀复合浆料进行多次高压均质处理,得到低粘度的均匀复合浆料;对低粘度的均匀复合浆料进行真空脱泡处理,得到脱泡后的复合浆料;将脱泡后的复合浆料通过刮涂的方式涂覆至基材上,得到湿膜;将湿膜干燥后剥离收卷得到复合薄膜;将复合薄膜在氩气气氛下进行高温退火热还原,得到复合泡沫膜;对复合泡沫膜进行热压处理,得到复合导热膜。本发明通过可溶性聚酰亚胺的引入以及随后的高温退火热还原工艺,使得复合导热膜的面内和面外热导率都得到了显著的提高。
