Rigid-flexible composite pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a rigid-flexible composite pavement structure and a construction method thereof. The rigid-flexible composite pavement structure comprises a roadbed, a base layer, a cement concrete slab and a permeable asphalt surface layer which are laid in sequence, the cement concrete plate comprises a plurality of concrete plate blocks, a reserved transition area is arranged on the top face of the cement concrete plate, and the reserved transition area is located at the joint between every two adjacent concrete plate blocks. A high-ductility concrete belt is arranged in the reserved transition area, and the high-ductility concrete belt is formed by pouring high-ductility concrete; a joint sealing material belt is arranged below the reserved transition area, extends in the length direction of the reserved transition area and is arranged in a joint between every two adjacent concrete plates. Horizontal pull rods are arranged below the joint filling material belt and arranged at intervals in the length direction of a joint between every two adjacent concrete plates. The self-healing capability of the high-ductility concrete belt is fully utilized, and the service performance of the rigid-flexible composite pavement is improved.
本发明公开了一种刚柔复合式路面结构及其施工方法,包括依次铺设的路基、基层、水泥混凝土板及透水沥青面层;所述水泥混凝土板包括若干混凝土板块,所述水泥混凝土板的顶面设置有预留过渡区,所述预留过渡区位于相邻两个混凝土板块之间的接缝处;所述预留过渡区内设置有高延性混凝土带,所述高延性混凝土带采用高延性混凝土浇筑成型;所述预留过渡区的下方设置有填缝料带,所述填缝料带沿所述预留过渡区的长度方向延伸,并置于相邻两个混凝土板块之间的接缝中;所述填缝料带的下方设置有水平拉杆,所述水平拉杆沿相邻两个混凝土板块之间的接缝的长度方向间隔设置;本发明充分利用高延性混凝土带的自愈合能力,提高刚柔复合式路面的服役性能。
