Orthotropic bridge deck
The invention relates to an orthotropic bridge deck, and belongs to the technical field of bridge structures. The bridge deck slab comprises a main steel plate, transverse ribs, U-shaped ribs and a concrete slab, the transverse ribs are connected with the lower surface of the main steel plate, the U-shaped ribs are connected with the upper surface of the main steel plate, the concrete slab is connected with the U-shaped ribs, and an asphalt concrete layer is laid on the concrete slab. The U-shaped ribs are reversely arranged, the structural design of the lower portion of the main steel plate is simplified, the transverse ribs and the transverse partition plate are not interfered by the U-shaped ribs in the conventional design any more, the manufacturing process is simplified, and the manufacturing progress is accelerated; fatigue cracking at the U-shaped ribs and the diaphragm plates in a conventional orthotropic bridge deck is avoided, and the service life of the structure is prolonged; after the shear connectors are welded on the U-shaped ribs, precast concrete slabs can be mounted, so that the bending resistance of the bridge deck is improved, and the material properties of the main steel plate and the concrete slabs are fully exerted; concrete is poured into the U-shaped ribs, and the rigidity of the orthotropic bridge deck slab and the rigidity of the whole steel box girder can be further improved.
