The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, paying-off positioning is conducted; secondly, vertical component steel bars are bound, and water and electricity pipelines are embedded; thirdly, two water stop steel plates are welded at the elevation of 4.2 m in an embedded mode; fourthly, the formworks are installed and fixed, and the formworks on the two sides abut against each other through an abutting device; 5, concealed acceptance check is conducted, concrete is poured to the 4.2 m position in a segmented mode, and a step-shaped construction joint is reserved; sixthly, the side walls and the vertical frameworks are maintained through an automatic spraying maintenance system; seventhly, a disc buckle type scaffold combined I-shaped steel keel supporting system is erected; 8, top plate reinforcing steel bars are bound, and water and electricity pipelines are embedded; ninthly, concealed acceptance check is conducted, and concrete is poured; tenthly, concrete is cured through the automatic spraying curing system; and eleventhly, the formwork and the supporting system are dismantled. According to the invention, the harm of high-energy electromagnetic radiation in the accelerator machine room to human bodies is reduced.
