Gas shielded arc welding method and steel pipe manufacturing method
Provided is a gas-shielded arc welding method in which the number of seams, which are portions where defects are likely to occur, is small, and in which automatic welding can be performed by a welding robot. A gas-shielded arc welding method for welding a steel pipe (Wo) by multilayer build-up welding comprises the steps of: fixing a groove part (10) of the steel pipe (Wo) by mounting a steel frame on a mounting tool (12) provided on the steel pipe (Wo) and erecting an adjustment jig (13); a step of welding the groove part (10) to the first one or several layers by semi-automatic welding or manual welding; removing the steel frame to erect the adjusting clamp (13) after the welding of the first layer or several layers is finished; and a step in which the remaining layer is welded by a welding robot (100) so that the weld bead seam is two or less.
