The invention discloses an anti-deflagration protection fireproof door control system, which comprises a fireproof door mechanism matched with a fire fighting access in a scene environment and a monitoring control matched with the fireproof door mechanism, and is characterized in that the monitoring control comprises an environment detection assembly, a fireproof door control assembly and an anti-deflagration assembly, the anti-deflagration assembly comprises an electric control auxiliary sealing door arranged on the side, opposite to the fire fighting access, of the fireproof door mechanism and an emergency disposal device arranged between the fireproof door mechanism and the electric control auxiliary sealing door, and the environment detection assembly comprises an air pressure sensor arranged in the area between the electric control auxiliary sealing door and the fireproof door mechanism. The fireproof door control assembly comprises a fireproof door electric control opening and closing assembly and a face recognition assembly which are connected to the fireproof door mechanism, and the face recognition assembly triggers the air pressure sensor to recognize environment reading. The fireproof door has the advantage that detonation caused by the air pressure difference and the oxygen content difference between the fire scene environment and the fire fighting access when the fireproof door is opened can be effectively avoided.
