The present invention provides a vibration damping device for an excavator, comprising: a tubular connection body having two open end portions, both end portions of which are coupled to the excavator, respectively, in a longitudinal direction; and a motion absorber which is connected and mounted to the connecting body, converts vibration and impact force generated when operating the working device of the excavator into kinetic energy by bending motion, and then absorbs the kinetic energy.
