High-speed rail bridge construction platform
The high-speed rail bridge construction platform comprises a climbing device and a beam column outer wrapping frame, the climbing device comprises a first frame and a second frame which are symmetrically arranged, a first motor is fixedly installed on one side of the inner wall of the first frame, a rotating rod is connected between the first motor and a first bearing seat, and lead screw sliding tables are installed on the two sides of the inner wall of the second frame correspondingly; sliding seats are arranged at the outer ends of the lead screw sliding tables, a second motor and a second bearing seat are installed on the sliding seats on the two sides respectively, a rotating rod is connected between the second motor and the second bearing seat, push plates are connected to the side edges of the sliding seats on the two sides, and working table tops are arranged at the top ends of the first frame and the second frame. By means of modular assembly forming, the whole platform is more convenient in the installation process, the time for building the platform is shortened to a great extent, follow-up disassembly is more convenient, and the overall construction progress can be accelerated.
