The construction method comprises the steps that a plurality of auxiliary supporting systems are arranged on a first pouring section; a canopy formwork is arranged on the first pouring section; the first pouring section is poured; after the concrete of the first pouring section is cured to the first strength, the canopy formwork is moved downwards, the dripping eave formwork and the beam bottom formwork are folded, and the transverse size of the folded canopy formwork is smaller than the distance between the first auxiliary support and the second auxiliary support; the first strength is less than 100%; the canopy formwork is integrally and longitudinally moved to the next pouring section and erected, and an auxiliary supporting system is arranged on the next pouring section; pouring operation of the next pouring section is conducted; and after the concrete of the first pouring section is cured until the strength is 100%, the auxiliary supporting system is dismantled.
