The invention provides an intelligent window opening and closing state adjusting method which is applied to an air conditioner and comprises the following steps that the current air adjusting mode and environment information of the air conditioner and the current opening and closing state of an intelligent window are obtained; wherein the environment information comprises indoor environment information and outdoor environment information; based on the current air conditioning mode and/or the environment information, an expected opening and closing state of the intelligent window is generated; if the current opening and closing state is different from the expected opening and closing state, a state conversion instruction is sent to the intelligent window, and the state conversion instruction is used for controlling the intelligent window to convert the current opening and closing state into the expected opening and closing state. The opening and closing state of the intelligent window is adjusted and controlled through the current air adjusting mode of the air conditioner, the indoor and outdoor environment information and the current opening and closing state of the intelligent window, so that effective linkage is formed between the intelligent window and indoor electrical equipment.
