The invention discloses a window and screen integrated hanger rail sliding window which comprises a frame part, two upper sliding rails and two lower sliding rails which are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inner side of the frame part respectively, and two door and window parts which are installed between the lower sliding rails and the upper sliding rails in a sliding mode. A side groove is formed in the inner side of the frame part, the edge of the side groove is connected with two sets of oppositely-distributed inner buckling grooves, and first sealing leather strips are clamped in the inner buckling grooves; anti-falling middle waist pieces are clamped in gaps between the two lower sliding rails and gaps between the two upper sliding rails, and an I-shaped reinforcing piece is further arranged above the anti-falling middle waist piece between the two upper sliding rails. According to the window and screen integrated overhead rail sliding window, full leather strip sealing is adopted, and the water tightness of the sliding window is guaranteed; the installation structure is suitable for installation of the ultra-long balcony sliding window, and window body stability is improved.
