The invention relates to a fastening device (116) for retaining a contact insert (200) introduced into an interior (115) of a base frame (110) on the base frame (110) in a fastened state, the fastening device (116) each having a clamping element (117) and an actuating lever (118), the clamping element (117) being displaceable into a closed position, in which the clamping element (117) engages with a retaining projection (210) of the introduced contact insert (200), and an open position, in which the clamping element (117) engages with the retaining projection (210) of the introduced contact insert (200), and the actuating lever (118) is displaceable into a closed position, in which the clamping element (117) engages with the retaining projection (210) of the introduced contact insert (200).
