The upper rubber cushion layer is connected to the upper portion of the outer side of the upper rubber clamping block of the PVC board layer in a sleeving mode through the upper clamping groove, and therefore the upper rubber cushion layer can be detached from the upper portion of the PVC board layer for maintenance when parts above the PVC board layer are damaged.
