The invention discloses an ultra-long pool structure initiation seam construction structure which comprises a water stop belt positioning rib, the width of a groove in the middle of an arch-shaped steel bar is consistent with the thickness of a water stop belt, so that the groove is just fixedly connected with the water stop belt in a clamped mode, and the two sides of the arch-shaped steel bar are fixedly connected with main body structure steel bars of an ultra-long pool structure respectively; the lateral formwork supporting system comprises tooth-shaped tooth comb plates, fence-shaped fence steel bars, battens, water stop bolts and cross-shaped steel bars, the tooth comb plates are installed on the main body structure steel bars in an inserted mode, the fence steel bars are fixed to the side faces of the tooth comb plates, the ends of the water stop bolts penetrate through the battens to be welded to the cross-shaped steel bars, and the battens are fixed to the cross-shaped steel bars. The two sides of the cross-shaped reinforcing steel bar are welded to the main body structure reinforcing steel bars on the two sides correspondingly. The invention further discloses a construction method for the initiation seam of the super-long pool structure. The problems of crack of concrete and sewage leakage at seams caused by displacement of the formwork are solved.
