Prestressed aluminum oxide ceramic composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a prestressed aluminum oxide ceramic composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic material preparation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing coating slurry: mixing coating powder, a dispersing agent and a binding agent in alcohol or water, and performing high-speed ball milling and dispersing to obtain the coating slurry; (2) preparing a coating on the green body: uniformly coating the aluminum oxide pre-sintered green body with the coating slurry, repeating for several times, and drying in the shade for 2 hours; (3) sintering of the prestressed complex: raising the temperature to 500-800 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 0.5-1 hour; and then heating to 1500-1700 DEG C at the speed of 5-20 DEG C/min, preserving heat for 1-2 hours, and cooling along with the furnace. Coating slurry is brushed on the surface of alumina ceramic which is not sintered and densified, and after drying, high-temperature co-sintering densification is carried out to form the prestressed composite ceramic.
本发明公开了一种预应力氧化铝陶瓷复合材料及其制备方法,属于陶瓷材料制备技术领域。上述方法包括:(1)涂层浆料的制备:将涂层粉体、分散剂、粘结剂混合在酒精或者水中,高速球磨分散成涂层浆料;(2)坯体上制备涂层:将涂层浆料均匀的涂在氧化铝预烧过的坯体上,重复几次,阴干2h;(3)预应力复合体的烧结:升温至500℃‑800℃,保温0.5h‑1h;然后以5‑20℃/min升至1500℃‑1700℃保温1‑2小时随炉冷却即可。本发明在未烧结致密化的氧化铝陶瓷表面刷涂涂层浆料,干燥后高温共同烧结致密化成预应力复合陶瓷。
