Casting high-chromium refractory brick
The invention discloses a casting high-chromium refractory brick which comprises 80-95% of electric smelting chromic oxide sand, 0-10% of chrome corundum sand, 1-12% of aluminum oxide, 1-12% of zirconium oxide and 0-3% of clay, and a production method of the casting high-chromium refractory brick comprises the steps of material preparation, sand mold manufacturing, heat preservation box preheating, electric furnace melting, casting forming, cooling annealing and cold machining. The cast high-chromium brick is composed of anti-erosion chromic oxide, an aluminum-chromium solid solution CrxAl2-xO3 and baddeleyite, all phases are good in crystallization, uniform in distribution and tight in combination, and the cast high-chromium brick is high in product density, low in porosity and excellent in erosion resistance and permeability resistance; the method can be applied to seriously eroded parts of kilns such as coal gasifiers, CFB boilers, glass fiber kilns, float glass kilns, high-level liquid waste glass curing ceramic furnaces and the like, and the service life of the furnaces is effectively prolonged.
