The invention discloses a fused cast zirconium chromium corundum refractory brick and a preparation method thereof. The refractory brick comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 28-31% of industrial alumina powder, 25-30% of chromium sesquioxide, 0.8-2.5% of magnesium oxide, 38-45% of zircon sand and 0.5-2.5% of sodium carbonate. The production method comprises the following steps: burdening; melting the ingredients by using a melting process of introducing nitrogen from the upper part of a hollow electrode, introducing low-voltage large current and synchronously introducing nitrogen in a melting period, wherein the melting voltage is 180-360 V, the current is 3000-10000 A, and the nitrogen continuous conduction pressure is 0.3-0.8 MPa; a body clinker or magnesia integral sand mold is used for casting, the weight ratio of molding sand to water glass is (90-100): (6-10), the modulus of the water glass is 3.1-3.3, the casting temperature is 1900-2200 DEG C, and the casting speed is 180-1000 kg/min; annealing is conducted after casting, a high-quality bulk heat insulation material is used as a heat preservation medium, and the annealing speed is 0.05-0.12 DEG C/kg.h; and finally performing cold processing to prepare the refractory brick. The fused cast zirconium chromium corundum refractory brick is low in porosity, high in volume density and high in dangerous waste corrosion resistance.
