The invention provides antistatic polyurethane glue as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of antistatic materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a polyurethane prepolymer from polyether polyol, a plasticizer, isocyanate and other raw materials, preparing a polypyrrole derivative solution through an existing method, and mixing the polypyrrole derivative solution with the polyurethane prepolymer according to a certain ratio to obtain the antistatic polyurethane glue. The prepared polyurethane glue has the advantages of being low in viscosity, uniform in dispersion and good in stability, in addition, compared with traditional glue in the market, the anti-static performance of the glue prepared through the method is obviously improved, and a breathable runway prepared after the glue is mixed with EPDM particles is better in yellowing resistance under sunlight irradiation.
本发明提供了一种抗静电型聚氨酯胶水及其制备方法和应用，属于抗静电材料技术领域。本发明先利用聚醚多元醇、增塑剂以及异氰酸酯等原料制备聚氨酯预聚体，再通过现有的方法制备聚吡咯衍生物溶液，之后将聚吡咯衍生物溶液与聚氨酯预聚体按照一定比例混合即得到抗静电型聚氨酯胶水。本发明制备的聚氨酯胶水具有粘度低、分散均匀、稳定性好的特点，另外与市面传统胶水相比，本发明制备的胶水抗静电性能明显提升，并且与EPDM颗粒混拌后制备的透气型跑道在太阳光照射下的耐黄变性能更佳。
