The invention discloses floor glue as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The floor glue comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-450 parts of ordinary Portland cement; 40 to 80 parts of special cement; 500 to 700 parts of mineral aggregate; 0 to 0.6 part of PP fiber; 10 to 30 parts of rubber powder; 0-35 parts of silica fume; 5-12 parts of dispersible latex powder for mortar; 1-3 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer; 0 to 0.3 part of a retarder; 0.1 to 0.6 part of cellulose; and 0.3-1.5 parts of a permeation promoter. During preparation, the raw materials and water are mixed, stirred and blended according to the weight ratio of 1: (0.14-0.16). The terrace glue disclosed by the invention has super-strong adhesion and permeability, can be firmly adhered to a concrete structure layer or a cement base layer, can replace a traditional cement and building glue sweeping construction process, solves the problems of hollowing, delaminating and the like of a traditional terrace, and can reduce the hollowing and delaminating problems to five ten thousandths (square meter); and the floor glue can reduce the thickness of a leveling layer to 30-50mm, so that the raw materials are saved, the transportation cost is reduced, the traffic pressure on cities in the transportation process is reduced, and the carbon emission is reduced.
