Cast-in-situ bored pile construction method
The invention relates to a cast-in-situ bored pile construction method, which comprises the following steps of: measuring and setting out, constructing a steel casing, placing a drilling machine in place, drilling to form a hole, detecting the formed hole, cleaning the hole, placing a reinforcement cage, lowering a guide pipe, testing the thickness of sediment, pouring underwater concrete and the like. According to the method, a drilling depth deepening method is strictly prohibited to replace hole cleaning; concrete pouring is adopted, the concrete needs to be continuously poured, and pouring can be stopped until the top face of the poured concrete is higher than the cut-off height specified by a drawing or determined by a supervision engineer, so that it is guaranteed that all the concrete below the cut-off face reaches the strength standard.
本发明涉及一种钻孔灌注桩施工的方法,包括测量放样、钢护筒施工、钻机就位、钻进成孔、成孔检测和清孔、安放钢筋笼、下导管、沉渣厚度测试和灌注水下砼等步骤,本发明多次清孔的技术将孔内的泥浆以及沉渣清理,本发明严禁采用加深钻孔深度方法代替清孔;本发明采用砼灌注,混凝土应连续灌注,直至灌注的混凝土顶面高出图纸规定或监理工程师确定的截断高度才可停止浇筑,以保证截断面以下的全部混凝土均达到强度标准。
