Occlusive pile water leakage plugging device and plugging method thereof
A secant pile water leakage plugging device comprises a pipe body, an injection pipe, a plunger and a push rod. One end of the containing cavity is a closed end face, and the other end of the containing cavity is an open end; one end of the injection pipe is connected with the closed end surface of the pipe body and is communicated with the accommodating cavity of the pipe body; the push rod is connected with the plunger, and the end, away from the push rod, of the plunger enters from the open end of the pipe body and can reciprocate in the pipe body. The end face, deviating from the push rod, of the plunger, the inner wall of the pipe body and the closed end face of the pipe body form an expanding agent containing cavity. The one-way opening structure can allow the expanding agent to be discharged from the expanding agent containing cavity through the injection pipe and prevent external substances from entering the expanding agent containing cavity from the injection pipe. The plugging device has the advantages that the response is quick, the plugging device is inserted into the water leakage hole and the expanding agent is injected, so that a water-containing soil layer behind a plain pile is combined with the expanding agent to form a filling layer, the water flow of the water leakage hole is reduced, and a foundation is laid for effective plugging of an accelerator.
