The invention relates to a water-collecting well plugging device and a plugging method thereof.The water-collecting well plugging device comprises a main body pipe which is used for being buried in a well mouth, the bottom end of the main body pipe is communicated and fixed to a pipe opening of a well pipe, a plugging plate capable of being opened and closed is arranged in the main body pipe, and a control mechanism capable of controlling the plugging plate to be opened and closed is arranged in the main body pipe; the blocking plate can block the main body pipe when in a closed state, the blocking plate comprises two semicircular plates, the control mechanism comprises two pull rods, and the two pull rods are connected to the upper surfaces of the two semicircular plates respectively and extend upwards out of the main body pipe so that the semicircular plates can be pulled to be opened and closed conveniently; according to the water-collecting well plugging device and the plugging method thereof, on the basis of traditional concrete plugging, underground water is further prevented from seeping upwards along the well casing through the plugging plate in the plugging device, so that the water-collecting well is prevented from leaking upwards, and the water-collecting well is prevented from leaking upwards. The leakage risk of the water collecting well is reduced, and the plugging effect is enhanced.
