Occlusive pile leakage drainage device and leakage drainage method thereof
The secant pile leakage drainage device comprises an outer drill spindle and an inner rotating core, a first shaft hole with a one-way opening is formed in the outer drill spindle, and a first drainage hole is formed in the outer surface of the outer drill spindle and communicated with the first shaft hole; a second shaft hole with a one-way opening is formed in the inner rotating core, and a second drainage hole communicated with the second shaft hole is formed in the outer surface of the inner rotating core; the inner rotating core can be inserted from the first shaft hole of the outer drill shaft and can rotate along the axis of the inner rotating core, and communication or staggered sealing of the first drainage hole and the second drainage hole can be achieved through relative rotation of the inner rotating core and the outer drill shaft. The drainage device has the advantages that under the condition that the structure of the plain pile is damaged as little as possible, the flow of the water leakage opening is effectively reduced, and blocking is guaranteed to be conducted quickly and effectively.
咬合桩渗漏疏水装置,包括外钻轴和内转芯,所述的外钻轴内设有单向开口的第一轴孔,在外钻轴的外表面设有第一疏水孔连通第一轴孔;所述的内转芯内设有单向开口的第二轴孔,在内转芯的外表面设有第二疏水孔连通第二轴孔;所述的内转芯能从外钻轴的第一轴孔插入并可沿其轴线转动,通过内转芯与外钻轴的相对转动可实现第一疏水孔与第二疏水孔的连通或错位封闭。优点是,通过疏水装置能在尽量小破坏素桩结构的情况下,有效降低漏水口的流量,保住封堵快速有效地进行。
