The sound insulation and heat preservation board comprises a first board body and a second board body bonded with the first board body, a plurality of grooves are formed in the side, close to the second board body, of the first board body, a plurality of noise reduction parts are arranged on the side, close to the first board body, of the second board body, and the noise reduction parts and the grooves are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The noise reduction part is arranged in the groove; the noise reduction piece comprises a plurality of trapezoidal blocks, and each trapezoidal block is provided with a large end face and a small end face.
