The invention discloses a heat preservation and sound insulation board based on ardealite and muck and a preparation method thereof.The heat preservation and sound insulation board comprises an inner core layer, a plurality of triangular filling cavities are formed in the middle of the inner core layer in the width direction of the inner core layer at equal intervals, the ends of the triangular filling cavities penetrate through the side wall of the inner core layer, and the triangular filling cavities are all filled with filling materials; the outer layer wraps the outer side wall of the inner core layer, and silencing groove bodies are formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the outer layer; wherein the filling material is modified aerogel particles. The ardealite and the muck are adopted as main raw materials, the water absorption and the stability of the ardealite and the strength of the prepared plate are improved through the wood flour, the muck powder and the mica powder can play a supporting role and improve the strength, and meanwhile, the strength stability of the prepared plate is further enhanced by combining the nano calcium carbonate; and the waterproof agent, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the flame retardant are also adopted, so that the overall waterproof and flame-retardant properties of the prepared board are improved.
本发明公开了一种基于磷石膏和渣土的保温隔音板材及其制备方法,包括:内芯层,所述内芯层的中部沿其宽度方向等距开设有多组三角形填充腔,且三角形填充腔端部贯穿内芯层的侧壁,多组所述三角形填充腔内均填充有填充料;外层,包裹于内芯层外侧壁,所述外层的上下表面均开设有消音槽体;其中,所述填充料为改性气凝胶颗粒。本发明的主要原料采用磷石膏和渣土,通过木粉改善磷石膏的吸水性、稳定性和制备后的板材强度,通过渣土粉、云母粉能够起支撑作用,提高强度,同时结合纳米碳酸钙,使得制备的板材强度稳定性进一步得到加强,还采用防水剂、聚羧酸减水剂以及阻燃剂,提高制备的板材整体的防水阻燃性能。
