And bonding the porous composite material and the thin aluminum alloy plate into a whole by using a strong adhesive, and drying to obtain the lightweight wall material.
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料领域,特别是涉及一种轻质多孔复合夹芯材料墙体的制备方法。本发明以空心玻璃微珠和环氧树脂基多孔复合材料做为芯材,以薄壁铝合金作为面板,通过高强绿色环保黏合剂,经过高压制备而成的夹心材料墙体板材。本发明的具体技术方案包括:(1)空心玻璃微珠的预处理。将清洗除油的空心玻璃微珠,用无水乙醇、去离子水、硅烷偶联剂混合处理液,经超声波处理后烘干。(2)多孔复合材料制备。将加热后的环氧树脂和空心玻璃微珠混合搅拌,加入减泡剂和增韧剂混合均匀后,加入固化剂再次迅速搅拌均匀后注入模具,固化后脱模。(3)轻质墙体制作。用强力黏合剂将多孔复合材料与薄铝合金板粘结成整体,干燥后制得轻质墙体材料。
