Lightweight sandwich composite wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of fabricated buildings, and discloses a light sandwich composite wallboard and a preparation method thereof.The light sandwich composite wallboard comprises a steel frame body and a plurality of prefabricated parts, the steel frame body is provided with a plurality of steel keels distributed longitudinally and transversely, and the steel frame body is divided into a plurality of pouring spaces; each pouring space is used for accommodating more than one prefabricated part; the prefabricated part comprises a supporting steel block of a rectangular structure, a rectangular reserved through hole is formed in the supporting steel block, two or more prefabricated plates are placed in the reserved through hole, certain gaps are formed between the multiple prefabricated plates and between the prefabricated plates and the reserved through hole, and a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the upper surface of the supporting steel block. And the prefabricated plates and the supporting steel blocks are poured into an integrated structure through the grouting holes and the gaps. The supporting steel blocks limit the positions of the multiple prefabricated slabs through the reserved through holes, self-tapping screws or other modes are not needed for fixing and limiting, and the operation mode is simpler and more convenient.
