The invention relates to an offshore wind power suction pile foundation grouting-free top plate structure and a mounting method thereof.The offshore wind power suction pile foundation grouting-free top plate structure comprises a suction pile barrel, a lower-layer top plate is arranged at the upper end of the interior of the suction pile barrel, and a suction pile connecting section penetrates through the top plate of the suction pile barrel and extends to the position above the suction pile barrel; a plurality of partition plates are arranged on the lower-layer top plate in an annular array mode with the suction pile connecting section as the center, the partition plates are located between the lower-layer top plate and the top plate of the suction pile barrel, and a plurality of first water through holes are formed in the partition plates; the lower-layer top plate is divided into a water passing area and a non-water passing area through the partition plate, and a plurality of second water passing holes are formed in the water passing area; a suction pump opening is formed in a top plate of the suction pile barrel. The suction pile can make effective contact with the internal soil body, grouting operation is not needed after penetration is completed, the construction procedures are reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种海上风电吸力桩基础免灌浆顶板结构及其安装方法,包括吸力桩筒体,所述吸力桩筒体的内部上端设置有下层顶板,吸力桩连接段穿过所述吸力桩筒体的顶板并延伸至所述吸力桩筒体的上方;所述下层顶板上以所述吸力桩连接段为中心环形阵列设置有若干隔板,所述隔板位于所述下层顶板与所述吸力桩筒体的顶板之间,所述隔板上开设有若干第一通水孔;所述下层顶板经所述隔板划分为通水区域与非通水区域,所述通水区域内开设有若干第二通水孔;所述吸力桩筒体的顶板上开设有吸力泵口。本发明实现了能够使吸力桩与内部土体有效接触,沉贯完成后无需进行灌浆作业,减小了施工工序,提高了施工效率,降低了建造成本。
