The piston partition plate is clamped in the suction foundation and can move up and down along the inner side wall of the suction foundation; the piston partition plate comprises a partition plate, a rotary one-way plate and a hollow hole; the hollowed-out holes are evenly formed in the partition plate, and rotary one-way plates are arranged on the hollowed-out holes. The rotary one-way plate can completely cover the hollowed-out hole and is larger than the hollowed-out hole in size, one end of the rotary one-way plate is a fixed end, the other end of the rotary one-way plate is a movable end and can be opened in the direction from the fixed end to the top of the suction foundation, and soil plug formation is effectively restrained in the process that the suction foundation penetrates into a soil body; and grouting treatment is omitted after foundation penetration is completed, so that the stability of foundation penetration into the seabed is improved.
