The invention relates to a multi-identity authentication electronic lock, a multi-identity authentication electronic lock system and a use method of the multi-identity authentication electronic lock system. Each multi-identity verification electronic lock comprises a user presentation detection system, a biological characteristic verification system and a multi-identity verification electronic lock controller. When a user is proximate to the multi-identity authentication electronic lock, the user presentation detection system detects the presence of the user and verifies whether the detected user is a registered authorized user. When the user presentation detection system confirms that the user is detected to be a registered authorized user, other parts of the multi-identity verification electronic lock including the biological characteristic verification system and the multi-identity verification electronic lock controller are electrified, and the biological characteristic verification system further verifies the detected authorized user; and when the biological characteristic verification system verifies that the detected authorized user is the registered authorized user again, the multi-identity verification electronic lock can be operated.
