To reduce the load on a collection/delivery service provider, and to improve the limitation in which the mail of the person himself/herself limited acceptance can be received only during business hours of the collection/delivery service provider.SOLUTION: In the case where a home delivery locker control device has confirmed the identity by an identity verification device, the home delivery locker control device acquires external information from an external information acquisition unit, and collates the identification information which is the information for associating the mail and the addressee and the external information, and in the case where the identification information matches the external information, it unlocks a locker door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
