The coal mine well bottoming hardening material is prepared from 850 to 900 parts of coal gangue powder, 210 to 250 parts of cement, 200 to 250 parts of building sand, 5 to 8 parts of a composite additive and 100 to 130 parts of water, the composite admixture comprises methyl cellulose, polyacrylamide, modified polycarboxylate, a naphthalene water reducer, stearic acid, zeolite powder and shale ash. According to the invention, the unique composite admixture is added into the coal gangue paste, so that the coal gangue paste does not have the problems of segregation and dispersion when freely falling into a filling area, thereby ensuring that the properties of the coal gangue paste do not change in the pouring process, remarkably improving the early strength, durability and impermeability of the hardened material, effectively reducing the setting time, and improving the construction efficiency. 本发明涉及矿井建设工程技术领域,具体公开一种煤矿井铺底硬化材料及其使用方法。所述煤矿井铺底硬化材料包括:煤矸石粉850份‑900份,水泥210份‑250份,建筑砂200份‑250份,复合外加剂5份‑8份和水100份‑130份;复合外加剂包括甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、改性聚羧酸盐、萘系减水剂、硬脂酸、沸石粉和页岩灰。本发明在煤矸石膏体中加入独特的复合外加剂,可使煤矸石膏体从自由落下到填充区时,不会发生离析、分散的问题,从而保证灌注过程煤矸石膏体的性质不发生变化,且显著提高了硬化材料的早强性、耐久性、抗渗性,还有效降低了凝结时间,同时,还实现了煤矸石固体危废的综合利用,具有较高的经济效益和环保效益。
