The invention provides a fabricated culvert and a construction method.The fabricated culvert comprises a bottom plate, a top plate and two side walls, the top plate is formed by pouring filler into a steel reinforcement framework, the top plate is supported by the walls to be located over the bottom plate, the two side walls are connected with the two ends of the top plate correspondingly, and a reserved space is formed between the two side walls; and the bottom plate is located in the reserved space, a channel is defined by the top plate, the side walls and the bottom plate through pouring forming, and lifting rings are arranged on the top plate and the side walls and used for lifting the top plate and/or the side walls. By means of the construction method, the construction time is shortened, the top plate and the side walls are prepared in advance through indoor prefabrication, different from direct on-site construction, environmental pollution is reduced, meanwhile, the influence of weather on construction can be relieved, construction is smoother, and the quality of the culvert obtained through construction is reliable.
本发明提供了一种装配式涵洞及施工方法,其中,装配式涵洞包括底板、顶板和两个侧墙,顶板由一钢筋骨架浇灌填料成型,顶板通过所墙支撑以位于底板的正上方,两个侧墙分别与顶板的两端连接,两个侧墙之间设有预留空间,底板位于预留空间内,且通过浇筑成型,顶板、侧墙和底板包围形成一通道,顶板和侧墙上均设置有吊环,吊环用于对顶板和/或侧墙进行吊装。通过本申请,不仅有利于缩短施工时长,并且通过在室内预制提前制备好顶板和侧墙,区别于直接在现场进行施工,还有利于减小环境污染,同时,还能缓和天气对施工的影响,使得施工更为顺利,进一步使得施工得到的涵洞质量可靠。
