The invention provides a wall structure and a wall mounting method. The wall body structure comprises a wall body unit provided with a first through hole, and the first through hole is used for allowing a pipeline to penetrate through; the shielding piece is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole, the second through hole and the first through hole are spaced in the axial direction of the pipeline, the second through hole is used for allowing the pipeline to penetrate through, and the shielding piece is used for shielding the area between the first through hole and the outer wall of the pipeline; and a cavity is defined by the wall body unit, the pipeline and the shielding piece. According to the wall body structure, the first through hole larger than the pipeline is formed in the wall body unit, so that the assembling complexity of the whole wall body is reduced, and the assembling efficiency is improved. The shielding piece is used for shielding the area, larger than the pipeline, of the first through hole, so that the attractiveness of the overall appearance of the wall is improved. By means of the cavity defined by the wall unit, the pipeline and the shielding piece, the overall comprehensive performance of the wall structure is improved.
