The invention discloses a wall body with decorative plates, a wall body mounting structure and a construction method. The wall body comprises a plurality of module wall bricks used for forming the wall body; the connecting pieces are connected with the module wall bricks in an inserted mode and used for connecting the module wall bricks; and the mounting structure is selectively connected with the top end face of the module wall brick 1 and is used for fixing a decorative plate. The modular wall bricks are adopted, and the distance between installation structures can be ensured. Due to the fact that the decorative plate is directly installed on the wall body, manufacturing, machining, assembling and material cost of the keel are saved, after the installation structure is connected with the decorative plate, the distance between the decorative plate and the wall body is small, the decorative plate can be attached to the wall body only through small deformation quantity when being impacted, and the possibility that the decorative plate is damaged is reduced. In addition, due to the fact that a plurality of installation structures are arranged on the wall body, firmness of connection between the decorative plate and the wall body can be improved, and falling off after long-time use is avoided.
