Anti-freezing shrinkage-free grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of anti-freezing grouting materials, and discloses an anti-freezing shrinkage-free grouting material which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 23% of a gel material, 22% of aggregate, 10% of a defoaming agent, 8% of silk protein spun fibers, 7% of silica fume, 10% of an air entraining agent and 20% of a polymer. According to the anti-freezing shrinkage-free grouting material and the preparation method thereof, the gel material, the aggregate, the defoaming agent, the silk protein spinning fiber, the silica fume and the air entraining agent are added and mixed, the water-binder ratio is controlled to be 0.4-0.55 during proportioning, the air content is controlled, the anti-freezing effect of the grouting material is improved through more air content, and the anti-freezing shrinkage-free grouting material is suitable for being used for grouting. Meanwhile, the anti-freezing and anti-freezing effects of the grouting material are integrally improved by selecting the aggregate variety, controlling the water-binder ratio, intake of the gas content and controlling the bubble spacing, the aggregate needs to be dried in advance before preparation, and the anti-freezing and anti-freezing effects of the grouting material are improved by controlling the water absorption saturation of the aggregate and the coefficient of the bubble spacing. Meanwhile, silica fume and an air entraining agent are added during stirring, so that the anti-freezing effect of the grouting material is improved.
本发明涉及防冻型灌浆料技术领域,且公开了一种防冻型无收缩灌浆料,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:凝胶材料23%、骨料22%、消泡剂10%、蚕丝蛋白纺成纤维8%、硅灰7%和引气剂10%以及聚合物20%。该防冻型无收缩灌浆料及其制备方法,通过凝胶材料、骨料、消泡剂、蚕丝蛋白纺成纤维、硅灰和引气剂的添加进行混合配置,在配比时控制水胶比在0.4‑0.55之间,控制含气量,通过更多的含气量提高灌浆料抗冻效果,同时通过对骨料品种的选取、水胶比的控制、含气量的摄入和气泡间距的控制整体提高灌浆料的抗冻防冻效果,且制备前骨料应预先干燥,通过对骨料的吸水饱和以及气泡间距的系数的控制,同时在搅拌时加入硅灰和引气剂来增加灌浆料的抗冻效果。
