The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a dry blank by taking electrolytic manganese residues, shale, fly ash and an additive as raw materials, and preheating and roasting the dry blank to prepare the electrolytic manganese residue sintered brick, the additive contains Ca element. The added additive contains Ca element which can be converted into CaO in the sintering process, so that the CaO and other minerals form a sintering liquid phase, the sintering temperature is reduced, the strength of the sintered brick is improved, and the consumption amount of the electrolytic manganese residues is remarkably increased. By means of the method, the electrolytic manganese residues can be fully recycled, and the doping amount of the electrolytic manganese residues reaches up to 70%. Meanwhile, the sintered brick prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is stable, environment-friendly and harmless in the later use process, can replace clay bricks, reduces exploitation and utilization of clay resources, and is beneficial to protection of cultivated land and natural environment.
本发明涉及环境保护技术领域,具体涉及一种强化电解锰渣烧结砖及其制备方法。制备方法包括:以电解锰渣、页岩、粉煤灰以及添加剂为原料制得干坯,将所述干坯预热、焙烧后制得电解锰渣烧结砖;所述添加剂中含有Ca元素。本发明所加入的添加剂中含有Ca元素,可在烧结过程中转化成CaO,从而与其他矿物形成烧结液相,降低烧结温度,提高烧结砖强度,显著增加电解锰渣的消纳量。本发明的方法可充分对电解锰渣进行资源化,电解锰渣掺入量高达70%。同时,本发明的方法所制备的烧结砖在后期使用过程中是稳定且环保无害的,能够替代粘土砖,减少对粘土资源的开采利用,有利于保护耕地和自然环境。
