The invention discloses an electrolytic manganese residue autoclaved brick and a preparation method thereof. The electrolytic manganese residue autoclaved brick comprises the following materials of: 60%-70% of electrolytic manganese residue, 5%-10% of quick lime, 10%-20% of cement, 10%-15% of a siliceous material, 1%-5% of aluminum powder paste and 1%-2% of a dispersing agent. In the present invention, a proper amount of dispersing agent is added into the raw materials for preparing the electrolytic manganese residue autoclaved brick, so that the viscosity of the electrolytic manganese slag isconveniently and properly reduced, and the dispersion efficiency in a dispersion process is improved, the processing time of the electrolytic manganese residue autoclaved brick is shortened, the processing efficiency of the electrolytic manganese residue autoclaved brick is improved, meanwhile, the production cost of an enterprise is reduced; in addition, the electrolytic manganese residue autoclaved brick is also suitable for being manufactured in some areas where siliceous materials are inconvenient to use; and the manufacturing limitation of the electrolytic manganese residue autoclaved brick is reduced.
