In order to solve the problems that an existing roof truss connecting structure is fixed by punching on a main beam or an auxiliary beam, an original main body structure is damaged, the construction steps are complicated, the cost is high, and the structure safety cannot be guaranteed, the invention provides a clean room suspended ceiling mounting structure. Comprising a main beam, an auxiliary beam, a clamping mechanism, a fixing mechanism, a screw rod, an adjuster, a connecting mechanism and a suspended ceiling, punching connection on the main beam and the auxiliary beam can be avoided through the clamping mechanism and the fixing mechanism, the levelness of the suspended ceiling is adjusted through the adjuster, and internal equipment can be arranged on the suspended ceiling through the screw rod; the connecting mechanism comprises an inverted-T-shaped screw, a hexagon nut and an inverted-T-shaped wineglass beam, the suspended ceiling is tightly clamped between the fixing piece and the inverted-T-shaped wineglass beam through the connecting mechanism, the connecting mechanism is connected with the screw and the suspended ceiling more firmly, reliably and stably, meanwhile, disassembly and assembly are very convenient, and cost is greatly saved.
为了解决现有的屋架连接结构使用在主梁或者辅助梁上进行打孔来固定,破坏了原有主体结构,且施工步骤繁复、成本较大,无法保证结构安全的问题,本发明提出一种洁净室吊顶安装结构,包括主梁、辅助梁、夹持机构、固定机构、螺杆、调节器、连接机构和吊顶,通过夹持机构、固定机构可以避免主梁、辅助梁上进行打孔连接,通过调节器用以调节吊顶的水平,螺杆的设置能够使得内部设备布置在吊顶上,连接机构包括:倒T型螺丝、六角螺母、倒T型酒杯梁,通过连接机构使得吊顶紧紧的卡在固定片和倒T型酒杯梁之间,使得连接机构与螺杆、吊顶连接的更加牢固可靠,稳定,同时拆装非常的方便,大大节省了成本。
