The present invention provides a ceiling panel for a clean room, comprising: upper and lower skins covering the upper and lower surfaces of a core material, respectively, with two first edges and two second edges facing each other and made of metal; and a pair of finishing members fixed to the two first edges, respectively to cover any two opposing first sides of the core material and having the same structure for fastening a hanger made of metal suspended from a ceiling slab. The finishing member comprises: an upper finishing member fixed to the first edge of the upper skin, supported by the hanger, and made of metal; a lower finishing member fixed to the first edge of the lower skin, separated from the upper finishing member and the hanger, and made of metal; and a heat conduction blocking member supported by the upper finishing member, supporting the lower finishing member, and made of a material that blocks heat conduction. In addition, the second edge of the upper skin and the second edge of the lower skin cover the remaining two opposing second sides of the core material with a heat conduction blocking sheet made of a material that blocks heat conduction interposed therebetween. Accordingly, constant temperature and constant humidity in a clean room can be achieved.
