The invention relates to the field of flood discharge, in particular to a flood discharge river channel interception and storage device. The flood discharge channel interception and storage device comprises a flood discharge channel, a water diversion pipeline with an inlet end arranged at the bottom of the flood discharge channel, a sewage discharge pipe and a reservoir, the water diversion pipeline is connected with the sediment filtering device, a first control valve is arranged on the water diversion pipeline, and a second control valve is arranged at an inlet of the reservoir; the sediment filtering device is provided with a first outlet used for being connected with a water storage tank and a second outlet used for being connected with a sewage discharging pipe, and the sediment filtering device is arranged to selectively discharge water flow to the water storage tank. On the premise that the flood discharge safety of the urban river channel in the flood season is not affected, the primary water which is seriously polluted in the urban flood discharge river channel is intercepted and discharged through the sewage discharge pipe, and the water flow after the primary water of the river channel is stored and used for urban landscaping. On the premise that the utilization rate of water resources is increased, the water environment condition of the urban river channel is improved, and the pollution range of household garbage to the watershed water body where the river channel is located is reduced.
