Assembling method for assembly type station components
The invention discloses a method for assembling fabricated station components in the technical field of subway construction, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, hoisting an early-stage bottom plate, then, dismantling two third supports in a first assembly interval, and then, erecting each prefabricated component at the front end; after the switching steel supports are erected, the first supports in the first assembly section and the second supports on the front side are detached, the side walls, the middle plates and the top plates of the rear two rings are hoisted, the second supports close to the side wall of the third ring are detached, and then stand columns and middle longitudinal beams on a bottom plate of the tail ring and the side walls, the middle plates and the top plates of the assembly sections are moved backwards are erected; and after the steel supports are erected and replaced, the first support and the second support are removed and moved backwards, and assembling of all prefabricated parts is completed in the same manner. Through the staggered parallel operation mode, the whole linear construction period can be greatly shortened, meanwhile, through the dismantling procedure of the supports, the stability of the foundation pit structure in the construction process can be guaranteed, and the influence of the supports on the prefabricated part assembling process can be avoided.
本发明公开了地铁施工技术领域中的一种用于装配式车站构件拼装方法,先完成前期底板的吊装后拆除第一装配区间内两个第三道支撑,再架设前端的各个预制构件,架设倒换钢支撑后拆除第一装配区间内的第一道支撑、前侧的第二道支撑,吊装后两环的侧墙、中板、以及顶板,并拆除靠近第三环侧墙的第二道支撑,再架设尾环底板上的立柱与中纵梁,以及后移装配区间的侧墙、中板以及顶板,架设倒换钢支撑后拆除后移第一道支撑和第二道支撑,以此类推完成所有预制构件的装配。本发明通过交错式的平行作业方式,可以大大缩短整个直线施工周期,同时通过支撑的拆除工序,既能保证施工过程中基坑结构的稳定性,又可以避免支撑对于预制构件拼装过程的影响。
