Composite insulation board, prefabricated insulation wallboard, cast-in-place insulation wall and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a composite insulation board, a prefabricated insulation wallboard, a cast-in-place insulation wall and a manufacturing method of the composite insulation board. The composite insulation board comprises a cement fiber board, a binder, an insulation layer and anchor bolts. The cement fiberboard is compounded with the thermal insulation layer through a binder; an anchor bolt penetrating through the cement fiberboard and the thermal insulation layer is further arranged on the composite thermal insulation board; the breaking strength grade of the cement fiberboard is larger than or equal to R3, and the thickness of the cement fiberboard ranges from 6 mm to 12 mm. The composite insulation board provided by the invention not only solves the problem of wall insulation, but also takes the problems of structural load bearing and insulation material protection into consideration, the cement fiber board with the thickness of 6-12mm is adopted to replace a reinforced concrete protection layer with the thickness of 60mm, and a connecting piece in sandwich insulation is replaced by inserting an anchor bolt to anchor with post-poured concrete; the thermal insulation construction of the wall body is greatly simplified, the weight of the wall body is reduced, the bearing strength of the wall body is ensured, the durability is good, and the later maintenance is convenient.
本发明公开了复合保温板、预制保温墙板、现浇保温墙体及其制造方法,所述复合保温板包括水泥纤维板、粘结剂、保温层、锚栓;所述水泥纤维板与保温层通过粘结剂复合;所述复合保温板上还设置有贯穿水泥纤维板和保温层的锚栓;所述水泥纤维板的抗折强度等级大于等于R3,所述水泥纤维板的厚度为6mm至12mm。本发明提供的复合保温板,既解决了墙体保温问题,也兼顾了结构承重和保温材料保护问题,而采用6mm至12mm的水泥纤维板取代60mm的钢筋混凝土保护层,通过插入锚栓与后浇混凝土锚固,取代了夹心保温中的连接件,大幅度简化了墙体保温施工、在减轻墙体重量的同时保证了墙体的承重强度、且耐久性好、方便后期维护。
